We at Martin’s Pretzel Bakery want you to be happy with your pretzels, as the vast majority of our customers have been for the past 25 years. Unfortunately, once in a blue moon, some pretzels that don’t meet our standard slip by, or we miss a special request that came with an order, or the shipper has mishandled a package. So, if you have an issue, please let us know ASAP.

Once we know what the problem is, we will do everything to correct it, whether it involves replacing your pretzels, or refunding your payment. (By the way, in most cases, we do not require that you return pretzels to us.)
If you do contact us, please have either your order number, or the approximate date of your order and the name of the person to whom the pretzels shipped, so we can track down your order in our system.
And, if there’s been an issue, thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We’ll make it right!
