ALL PRETZELS ARE PACKED AS WHOLE PRETZELS. Pretzels are fragile and will break with handling during transit. 

If you are ordering as a gift or need them to arrive mostly whole, we suggest choosing the smaller, 2.75 oz bag options as they seem to hold up better during shipping. For extra protection, order the gift tin or bucket. 

As we say at the pretzel stand, "You gotta break em to eat em!"

Best pretzels

These are truly great pretzels. Crisp and very flavorful. My only complaint is often I receive much darker baked bags in my order of 10 bags. I do not like the burnt taste in my pretzels. I wrote them about my concern with pictures. They replaced the order, but again dark baked pretzels. I am trying one last time. Fingers 🫰crossed.

I didn't get my pretzels

I received someone else's order. I emailed twice about making an exchange, but have received no response. I don't like the pretzels that I have and just want the pretzels I ordered. As it is, I'm out the money I paid for my unfulfilled order. I'm very unhappy and I guess I have placed my last order with Martin's.
