How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your wedding date, but don't worry if you're on a tighter timeline. Our pretzels are ready within 48 hours of proof approval, and we'll work with you to make sure everything arrives when you need it.

Can I customize the pretzels with our names and wedding date?

Absolutely! Every order is personalized with your names and date, stamped right onto the pretzels. We'll send you a proof to review and approve before we bake a single one.

How many should I order per guest?

Most couples order 1-2 pretzels per guest. If you'd like help figuring out the right quantity for your event, we're happy to help.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders over $60.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

Of course. We know timing is everything when it comes to your big day. Just let us know your preferred delivery window and we'll make sure your pretzels arrive fresh and on time.
