These are easily some of the best pretzels I ever had. My wife said to me when they arrived, "$30 for a 3lb bag of broken pretzels? are you crazy?" i handed her a bowl. "try them". Absolute stunning silence. Handmade, crunchy, Amazing crust and sourdough flavor. Simply seasoned with salt. Serious jaw action. A real pretzel, finally.

I ordered 200 of "we tied the knot" packages for my daughter's wedding. Everything from start to finish with the company was great. The communication and proof of label was quick, and shipping was an agreed upon future date. they arrived on time as predicted. A few of them were broken in packages although they were packed well, and again customer service came through immediately and sent replacements. And also the quality and taste of the pretzels is great. Highly recommend.
The freshest Honey Mustard pretzel pieces I have tried. Didnt try the Cheddar yet, Im sure its the same. Will be reordering

So, I was introduced to Martin's serendipitously: A friend brought back a bag from an event. I'm pretty picky about pretzels, and realized immediately these were special. I've only had this moment twice before: with my first Wege and Unique Snacks sourdough. I started by ordering through Amazon, but always try to go to the source to save a small business that fee. Good thing, since the offerings were more and better on the Martin's site, and I signed up right away for a bulk subscription not available on Amazon. My only problem now is maybe eating to many ...

The personalized pretzels were such a big hit at our wedding. They looked perfect and were delicious. More importantly to me was the superb customer service. We had a slight hiccup along the way with some of the packages being broken upon delivery. I had reached out just to let them know and received a quick response. They surprisingly sent a brand new batch the next day. I couldn’t believe it. It made me so happy that I was supporting a business that truly cares about the satisfaction of their customers.
